What type of files you provide me and  what format are my photos delivered? 

Standard product photos are delivered as a high resolution, 300 DPI JPEG using maximum quality settings measuring 3000x3000 pixels in size

What kind of license comes with the images? 

Upon final delivery, the photographs become licensed to you for use on a royalty-free basis. This means you are free to use the photographs in any of your publications as many times as you like, with as wide a distribution as you like, without ever having to pay us royalties for their use. We allow the use of these photos in all forms of publication including print advertising, packaging, web, television, etc. We do retain the copyrights for delivered photos and the photographs may not be re-sold to any third party without prior written permission.


How long do photography projects take?

Most projects are delivered in 5-6 Business days, excluding holidays, and weekends from when we receive your products and payment. If your project involves a large number of photos this may add to the production time.During particularly busy periods lead times may increase slightly so please feel free to contact us and we’ll be glad to confirm expected production times.

Do you provide a rush orders?

Yes, we have 2 type of rush orders.

1- 24 hours delivery
2- 48 hours delivery



Do you ship my products back when you’re done? 

Yes of course! If you send us physical or digital pre-paid return label, we will send back to your product .

 Alternatively, we can donate your products to a local charity or discard them if you don’t want them back. 

How long can our product stay in your studio after a shoot?

We normally keep products for a maximum of 14 days, after that product is discarded or donate.



After receiving the order form and the products in our studio, we will send a formal invoice via email which will include a secure payment link through In order for us to begin the photoshoot, a 50% deposit is required or, you may choose to pay in full. 

We accept all major credit/debit cards, PayPal (this option will incur an additional 3.5% fee of the total invoice)

After the photoshoot and retouching, we will send sample images. At this time, the rest of the invoice needs to be paid in order to receive the final high-resolution images.

What if I don't like the images?

We rely on you, the client, to communicate with us before the photoshoot so the final results are what you are anticipating. This is accomplished using our detailed order form, reference images you provide to us, and any phone calls and email communications.


Oversized Products

If you will be sending unusually large or heavy products, please contact us before shipping. Products larger than 12 inches on the longest side are subject to an additional charge.

Condition of Product

If the product comes unassembled, has visible defects, apparel that arrives wrinkled, and products that require extra time for set-up/extra styling prior to the shoot, then additional charges may be applied. 

Complex Items

Products that are transparent, highly reflective or a unique material will be considered a complex item and will have additional charges added to the base price.


How many revisions included in the order?

Each session includes 1 revision that requires a  physical reshoot and 2 graphic revisions.  

PLEASE NOTE: Revisions are done only if we did not follow your instructions as mentioned by email or by the order form) 


When providing edits, please compile it all in one email and not in multiple emails such as a color adjustment here. size edit there. One other comment. And one more, etc. 
PLEASE NOTE: All edits must be communicated n writing via email only.  We will not accept any revision done in person or by phone.  This way information will not be lost and we can avoid misunderstandings.


Revision for reshoot must be done within 4 days of the delivery files.Revision for retouching must be done within 10 days of the delivery files.

What revisions are paid and what are free?


  • If Professional photography inc failed to follow any shooting directions and image specifications from the order form.

  • If professional photography inc failed to follow requested angles.

  • If professional photography inc failed to do the color matching accurately to the product true color

  • Reducing the image size.

  • Reducing the image paddings.

  • Manipulating the size, color, or opacity of the shadow or the reflection under the image.


  • Any changes after the photoshoot have started already. such as changing product angles, changing product layout, adding props, etc. 

  • Clients were not specific regarding product angles, compositions, layout, and left it to professional photography inc open to interpretation and assumption.

  • Expired revision timeline.

  • Changing or recoloring the product to another color than the actual product is.

  • Flat lay shooting - If a client didn't provide exact references for lay flat clothing and is not happy with the shape od the lay flat we provided. 

  • Revisions for examples that were not provided before the session.

  • Revision regarding specific retouching style, as removing wrinkles completely, etc. 

  • Removing any defects in the low-quality product sample that cannot be changed to the quality of the images. 

  • if the delivered images match the examples client provided no changed on reflection style ( as an example, jewelry, watches, etc.)

  • Revisions made after you let our studio have complete control on photoshoot creativity and did not provide any specific instructions.
